Executive Chef Frank Martinez comes to us from San Martin, Mexico. Over the past decade he has been afforded the opportunity to study under many local executive chefs learning various types of cuisines from Brazilian, Italian, Latin American and American. He joined our team in 2014 and has taken the reigns since 2015. He brings an ecclectic twist to his food with many international flavors and ingredients. His devotion to always fresh, housemade product and seasonal items gives an exciting take on the American Classics.
